I like fitday.com. Once you do it for a while and if you tend to eat the same 20/30 things all the time then before you know it you can jot up your day's calories really quickly in your head without entering. I do that sometimes but most often I log it because I also keep track of fat/protien and carbs.

I just started using myfitnesspal.com about a week ago. I like it alot. It's free and easy. I track cals and exercise.

I tried daily plate (now: http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/). But I didn't like it.

I use MyFatSecret to log mine. It allows you to log exercise as well. I like the recipie section. You can also enter custom recipies. Logging on a site where you don't have to figure calories, carbs, protein, fat, etc. is helpful for me.

OH also has the ability to be used that way too. I think you find it under tools. I haven't used it but I have heard others mention it.

I love livestrong.com. I find it very easy. It keep record of all your foods.  You can create a meal that way if you have it often you do not need to look up each item. It also has every kind off food and brand including grocery store brand foods.

I use myfitnesspal.com as suggested to me by another OH Member and I'm glad that she told me about it. I find the website very easy to use and I can create nutritonal reports and show my progress using this site and take it to my doctor/dietician's office as needed.
