Hey Kath,
I guess we both motivate each other.  I think about all the hiking you have been doing when I'm walking.  I imagine Maxine and Gracie & Jack would love to go for a walk together!  Especially if there was mud involved!     I can't wait to see your pics from your Grand Canyon hike.  What an experience that would be.  Oct will be here before we know it!

That is all so amazing!!!  You make me feel very positive about my future with my band. 

I remember when I started this journey.  It was about being healthy and being comfortable living in my body.  I am getting there!

Congratulations, Kristi. I remember when you first joined OH, full of questions and hope. And now here you are, a band success and a shining example and inspiration for your fellow bandsters. I'm sooper-dooper proud of you!

Kristi, this was such a motivating post. I am currently in the pre-op Physician monitored diet phase for insurance approval. This makes me want to have lap-band even more. WOW! This is just what I needed to  hear today. Thank you for sharing!!
