That is a great story, he sounds like he is much healthier already.

Some of the comments ("if you are going to change your diet and exercise, why get the surgery?") are not as great, but...whatever. lol

yeah some people just do not get WLS and we have to be ok with that. :( oh well.... He does seems much happier and healthier!  It was a positive and honest story about WLS which is rare most celebs who have had it do not talk about it or deny it. Kudos for him coming out and being honest about it.:)

Jamie Dukes from the NFL Channel had the band surgery done and he looks awesome !!!

He has a website about it and has even mentioned it on the NFL channel once inawhile .

My DH and I love that show.  Now I hope Chumlee gets a band too!  Even Grandpa Harrison needs to drop some weight too!  It will be interesting to see if they talk about it on Pawn Stars this next season.  Corey will be noticeably smaller.

I love Pawn Stars....I haven't read the article yet. So Glad Corey got it.  I was talking to my husband saying how I couldn't believe that Corey and his father looked like Brothers!!  Should be interesting to see him in the new season!!

Maybe Chum-Lee will follow in his footsteps!
