I love this.....
So........
I just got back from the gym and I am EXTREMELY happy with how much I have improved in my workouts. I have always been at the gym for about two hours everytime I go. But before all I would do was walk for a bit sit on the weight machines for a while in between reps and daydream about how much I wish I could like the other girls and do what they do. NOW I dont feel that way. I was able to do three miles in an hour and burn over 800 calories! Normally after I would usually do an hour of weights because I want to tone as I lose weight. But tonight I felt like mixing it up and swimming for my second hour. I wasnt shy in my swimsuit or embarrased. First time I have ever felt like that. I am who I am and if people dont want to see they dont have to look. No one is perfect! I have only had one fill in my band so far of 3 cc's and already feel the restriction I was hoping for.
THERE IS HOPE FOR ME YET!!
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend

I completely understand your sense of triumph! Frequent exercise and learning to love working out has got to be one of the best (and unexpected) side benefits of my WLS journey.
