getting rid of the "fat" clothes

Congrats on losing 94 pounds!  Wow, that's great. 

I figured that there were lots of people that needed my clothes and I happily gave them to Goodwill.  I always had a pile of clothes in my bedroom waiting to go to Goodwill.  Now, I don't have anything to get rid of.  : )

I remember the first time I did this..I had my surgery in Oct and that June I got rid of them. I remember wanting to cry because I couldn't believe I was getting rid of so much. My mom said to me, "Jay, make this a promise to yourself that you'll never fit in these again." I made that promise, and 122 lbs later,  I haven't looked back. =) It gets easier as you lose the weight, I closet purged at least 3 times this year and it feels awesome! Think of it as getting rid of the old clothes to become a new you.
