Can I just say, You look like a supermodel in that picture and I appreciate your menu as it gives me ideas for the future.

Breakfast: 1 scoop chocolate protein, 2T PB2, 3T fibersprinkles. Coffee with FF coffeemate

Snack: 1 cup watermelon

Lunch: 3 oz. canned chicken with 1T mayo. 2 Wasa bread

Snack: 1/2C 2% cottage cheese with fresh tomato

Dinner: 4oz. grilled chicken breast and fresh sauteed spinach with garlic


Gym: 20 minutes treadmill
Stepper: 5 minutes (not quite ready for that torture machine)
Machines: upper body

I'm so glad to see your beautiful face again Lisa. I always read your posts and love them. I never post what I eat because I don't eat as well as all of you. I never measure or weigh and probably eat more peanut butter than I should. Oh well still not gaining weight. I'm going to No. Ca. tomorrow for a few days. I'm from OC so I always think about all of the people from Ca. I'll be thinking of you and hope you are healing.

Karen, let me encourage you to share.  When I started sharing what I ate (or planned to eat) it helped keep me accountable.

If you just want to keep on reading, that's cool too.  Just don't be afraid of being imperfect.. none of us are models of perfection.. all we can do is to try to do better every day.  :)

I like this idea of reporting what you eat. I might join you if that's ok.

and Karen, I'm like you, I don't really eat anything that exciting!
I am still on the pureed diet too.
I really ate weird today: 

B: ½ cup refried beans, ¼ cup low fat cheese, taco bell sauce packet, 1 TBSP reduced fat sour cream (weird, I know!)

L:  ½ cup refried beans, ¼ cup low fat cheese, taco bell sauce packet, 1 TBSP reduced fat sour cream

S: 2 oz SF strawberry yogurt

D: pureed salmon cake

Walked only 15 mins. (wasn't really feeling too well today).

Early - Coffee w/ splenda & FF Half & Half, Water

Breakfast - Plain Greek Yogurt, SF Van Syrup, strawberries

Snack - cashews

Lunch - grilled chicken, spinach, roasted peppers,
            lt Italian dressing, WW wrap

Dinner - steak, salad w/ Ranch Salad Spritzer 


Gym - 30 min elliptical (I'm exhausted today...)

 B- bsn lean desserts protein shake (whipped cream...very good) with frozen blueberries

L- chili soup and oyster crackers

s- handful of almonds

D- roasted red pepper soup with shredded parm on top (had some dental work done so on liquids)
