I would be bragging about that!!!

I am so glad that you posted this.

The main reason I went back to WW after I had my surgery was to give me tools, skills and support through MAINTAINING my weight loss.

Behavior modification has happened for you --- you have learned to moderate your eating and your hard work is paying off (with or without a fill).

You have every right to brag !!!   You are doing exactly what the band was designed to do . Teach you how to eat, when to eat , and how much to eat of it and follow the rules of eating.

Even though you dont have anything in your band,  it really sounds like you have learned the lessons that the band is suppose to teach us in the long run.  That is what Im learning to from the band  and to be honest I think that is the most important thing about this band is to learn how to eat properly.
