Stop overacting! lol :)
Give your body some time, you just had a major operation, you may be swollen etc- it will all be going down, if you give it the right treatment and follow the rules. For now be gentle to your body, walk as much as you can, rest and have your liquids.
Are you in pain?

Wow! You are not patient in the least. We could be sisters!
My stomach is going up and down also. I notice it most when I get up after a night of being sedentary in bed. Once I begin to move around, I feel better. I am not allowing myself to sleep during the day and instead have a routine of protein, water, and walking. I tried chicken broth and it made things worse. I have settled upon Grape flavored Isopure as my protein as I am having the best results with that. I love milk, but right now it is not what I need. This is a marathon, not a sprint and I was told during post op recovery that this is the most important week for new bansters, but can be very awkward too. Hand in there!

I got my Isopure at GNC. I just opened the fruit punch today and it is better than the Blue Raspberry, which I cannot tolerate, but grape is still my favorite. I see nothing about taking stairs just days after surgery, just walk 60 minutes a day, and settle down a bit. Sometimes, less is more!

You're funny.  Postop felt great for me - I had no hunger & was forcing fluids down.  After a few weeks went by, the postop swelling in my abdomen went down and BAM!  I was hungry again... already I was back in "I've failed again" mode.  My surgeon just shook his head & said... "support group?"  Off I went & found out it was completely normal for a lot of bandsters.  With each fill, it would take a few days and then I would feel a bit of a difference and regained my faith in my decision.

"Bandster Hell" is the term for being postop & starting to feel like "did they really put a band in there?" - until you start getting your fills.  Another lady who had her band the same day as mine was dropping massive weight right away.  For me?  I had slow minimal weight loss the first two months or so.

Hang in there!
