 I was craving raspberry, which luckily I had some.

1 yoplait vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla almond breeze 
1/2 6 oz container of fresh raspberries
spoonable splenda
ice

I used the magic bullet

About 200 calories, and tastes great

Do you put protein powder in that as well?
