stuck on fish!!!!

Funny/weird how we're all different.   I don't like talapia, I find it to be on the dry side.  However, the way I bake salmon.. it's very moist and goes down easily.  

I got some salmon today that was preseasoned.. and it came out drier than I like..  won't buy it that way again.

I had the same problem with broiled Talipia..got stuck..so now I bake my Talipia with a little honey mustard,taste good too.
