Happy Friday Bandsters!!!  Who's lookin forward to a FABULOUS Fourth of July weekend??? 

Ohhh ME ME ME!!


Early:  Coffee/water

Breakfast:  spicy sausage patty with 2 tbsp sugar free syrup

Lunch: 2 oz london broil and a ceasar salad, Jello Temptations Strawberry Cheesecake

Snack: 2 oz strawberries, 2 oz canteloupe

Dinner: Not sure yet.. I think the hubbs wants to eat out tonight...

GYM:  40 minutes cardio, 30 minutes arms/back/shoulders

L: Whole Foods Salad Bar since I will be there shopping
D: not sure yet, hoping to eat at home before the surprise party we have tonight, so that I don't have to eat at the party.  I think it is hotdogs and finger foods, which is dangerous for me (not the hotdogs!)
Workout: 4 mile walk with my kids and cutting the grass (for the 3rd time in 5 days)

Early-Water while walking 1.5 miles

Breakfast-1/2 cup chicken salad and half a cheese stick

Lunch-White chicken chili leftover from dinner last night(OMG DELICIOUS!!)

Dinner-Girls night IN at the besties(also a fellow bandster) and we're going to try a new recipe...Chicken Parmesan with Zucchini "pasta"


And now I'm heading out to the pool to do some walking...no swimming for a couple more weeks but cleaning the pool and then walking laps should work for now...gotta get rid of these 2 pounds I've somehow put back on and then some!

*I* am looking forward to a FABULOUS 4th of July weekend!! Starting out with a trip to Seaside Heights tomorrow and some good beach laying, book reading and boardwalk walking! 

B:  GNC Amp chocolate protein shake, 6 ounces skim milk, splash of peanut butter Torani

S:  hard boiled egg

L:  3 Trade Joe turkey meatballs, 2 tbsp ricotta cheese, tomato sauce

D:  not sure yet.  I think maybe salmon, perhaps some grilled chicken breast?

S:  2 laughing cow light cheese wedges, 4 grains first crackers

Early - Coffee w/ Splenda & FF Half & Half, Water

Breakfast - 2 babybel light mini cheese wheels, an orange

snack - cashews

Lunch - Trader Joe's Chicken-less Pulled Chicken, Lo Carb Tortilla w/ a
               sprinkle of shredded cheddar & a dollop of Plain Greek Yogurt

Dinner - Not sure yet.  BF is taking me out.  I'm shooting to have salmon or some kind of fish.

Workout - going in my pool and do laps, then free weights.
