ohhh we're OH SO CLOSE to the holiday weekend!!  Cant wait!!!!

Early:   coffee/water

Breakfast:  1 spicy sausage patty with 1 tbsp sugar free syrup

Lunch:  Jason's Deli cup of Texas Chili (sans cheese and sour cream), and small ceasar salad

Snack: 2oz strawberries, 2 oz canteloupe and a light string cheese

Dinner: 4oz London Broil, and 1 grilled shrimp skewer (2 oz)

GYM: 3 mile run, and 40 flights on the stair climber

Food:
B: Click vanilla latte protein shake
S: iced skinny latte w/ SF caramel
L: shrimp, zucchini/tomato/corn salad
S: trail mix
D: mac & cheese w/ ham & lots of veggies in it, cucumber salad
S: granola bar

I probably won't eat more than 1-2 bites of the pasta.

Workout:
brisk 20 minute walk outdoors (a lovely sunny day here)
20 minutes core work with a stability ball

Okay, after my confession of being bad this week (see previous post), I'm off to a good start today.  

Early - coffee w/ Splenda & FF Half & Half plus 16oz water 

Breakfast - hi lo cereal with unsweetened almond milk

post-workout - lots of water and then 1 laughing cow french  onion cheese wedge

Lunch - tuna w/ mayo mixed in green salad

Dinner - Shrimp on the barbie, another salad w/ balsamic salad spritzer

Evening Snack - Gold Standard Choc Protein shake with PB2, Fiber Sprinkles & Almond Milk


Gym - 30 min w/ trainer, 45 min of Zumba (my 1st class EVER!)

Holiday Weekend!! Whooo hooo.  and I have off on Tuesday too to lengthen time off.  Stoked!  Also going to Seaside Heights this Saturday with a friend.  First day on the beach this summer.  I have to shave ABOVE my knees now.  YUCK.  LOL

B:  GNC Amp Chocolate protein shake, 6 ounces skim milk 2 tbsp PB2

S:  15 Tamarind Almonds, 10 dried cranberries

L:  3 TJ turkey meatballs, 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella

D:  4 ounce salmon filet, 1/2 cup broccoli

I have also planned 4 grains first crackers and possibly a fat free greek yogurt with frozen berries.  Not sure I will get them in today.
