ROLL CALL! Who is BLOCKED by You-know-who?

I am not blocked. Probably only because I haven't posted in a while. I don't like to cause drama but when someone really annoys me I tend to let them know it. So I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

I am blocked because I told her (nicely at the time) that she should stop telling potential banding patients that the surgery is less "evasive" and use the correct word, "invasive." She told me she wasn't paid to post and she was highly educated and then blocked me.

Turns out, her "higher education" comes from a university that doesn't even seem to be accredited! How fun.

Is "Strayer" where she went?

N.M, someone sent me an email to alert me of what has been going on, I am getting ready to go on vacation, but I thought I would unblock you to clarify and answer some of your questions. I don't want to burst your bubble but I earned my BA at another University, also I'd hate to let my previous Project Manager (Software Engineering) who got his MBA from Strayer and earns a salary that would make your jaw drop know that Strayer is not accredited.

Does this make you feel good? Do you have nothing better to do with your time but try to discredit people just because you lost your lap band? Why the witch hunt? I had actually forgot about Obesity Help until I got that email, I have a very busy life and I don't have time to come here and argue with people on the internet that I don't know. THIS BOARD IS YOURS, I will not be posting here much because I have a life! I only posted briefly because I wanted to stay on track and lose some weight for my upcoming vacation and help out newbie’s and others, believe it or not I have friends here. I only block people that have harassed me, I am only here for positivity, and I don't do drama although I always get caught up in it. There IS NOTHING that I tell newbie’s that surgeons and other vets have not told them about lap band complications and when I posted a study on lap band slippage that had been peer reviewed and I was called a liar. I am only here to help.

I only post things that bring value or is meaningful to the board, now I will do some investigating myself regarding my identity, even if I Google myself my name does not come up, I am on Face book, which I listed Strayer as a university I received my degree from another University, I don’t put correction information about myself on the internet, also my information is private on Facebook, I will find out how you got my information and act accordingly.

You have diarrhea of the mouth... that's how I know all your "information." It's out there and I'm smarter than you by far. Do you realize that every photo you post has more information in it than you intend to let be known? I've known who you are for quite some time... and only because YOU told me. I really couldn't care less, however, which is lucky for you, I suppose. If you ran across a more malicious person than I you might have to worry.

It DOES make me feel good to bring to light what misinformed, egotistical person you are, yes. As you can see, I'm not the only one who holds this opinion of you.  I went through hell and back with my lapband experience. I nearly DIED from it... and for YOU to tell ME that anyone who has complications has most likely brought them on themselves is insulting to an extreme. I've witnessed bands harm people over and over and for YOU to imply that the patient is causing their own problems is beyond rotten. You do every single person a disservice when you spout this nonsensical crap and I'll never keep my mouth closed when confronted with ignorance.     Oh, and I highly doubt that anyones' salary would "make my jaw drop," since that kind of thing doesn't impress me at all. My own husband is a real engineer, so I'm really quite aware of the pay grades.


You're not here to help anyone. You have a megalomania complex. That's all. I wouldn't wish band complications on anyone, ever, but you're sure going to have to eat a lot of crow when you develop them and realize how deluded you've been all this time.

And hey, at least you've got that Strayer education going on. Your posts are a real tribute to that school.  If I ever sustain a traumatic brain injury, I'll be sure to look into them.
