what the hell, I get back on track for a couple of weeks, doing good and the track always seems to move on me again! Just discourage with the whole thing!

When you find that you have fallen off track the sooner quicker that you pick yourself up and get back on track the easier it will be.  Like wise the longer you stay off track the harder the time you will have picking yourself back up.  take it one day and one meal at a time.  Best of luck to you.
