I like how you are breaking your goals down into small chunks, that works good for me to. Some how smaller amounts of weight seems so much more doable rather than looking at the total we need to lose all in one lump sum.

Congrats on your zumba and personal trainer vist! I would've been whiped out to do them back to back.

I agree.  Just the thought of having to lose 150+lbs is just too overwhelming for me to even comprehend.  When it comes to food, I don't even think about tomorrow.  I set a goal each day to follow the rules (obviously some days I'm better than others).  Before you know it, days and months have accumulated and weight has come off.  This is what has worked for me so far.

I had a very bad food day yesterday..ate cheesy potatoes and a piece of cheesecake--all before noon. I am getting back on the wagon today.  It is also my TOM....not really a good excuse. Glad I didn't have any chocolate in the house...
