To answer how I have lost so quick....I'm not sure but here is what my average daily intake/ex cerise is..... I track everything I eat on myfitnesspal.com (this helps me a lot)! My dr. says only 800 calories per day while I am trying to lose and I stick to that. I have gone over here and there but not by much. Breakfast is always some sort of protein....egg whites, salmon, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. I usually have a turkey stick for a snack and lunch is usually a 1/2 sandwich with turkey, tomato and mustard with a hundred calorie pack of baked chips. I usually don't snack between lunch and dinner and dinner is whatever I am fixing for my family. Last night was Italian beef. I had about a cup w/ out the bun and melted a 1/2 cheese over it. Before I went to bed, I had a 1/4 cup of blue berries. I don't usually get all my recommended protein in a day (but pretty close). I always eat my meals on a salad plate. I haven't had any trouble eating certain foods, so I truly feel blessed so far!
I walk about 5 days a week for 50 min. I was going to the gym too in addition for 3 days a week and I was losing faster then but "life" got in the way of that.
I feel great and could kick myself for not doing this sooner!!!
