Tammy it is going to be difficult to find one that will take Medicaid. I would suggest u post on the AL forum and ask, u might get more responses. In GA Medicaid will pay for the band but will not pay for the fills.
Also keep in mind that the band does not work out for most ppl long term. For some it doesn't even work short term since there are many that NEVER reach restriction!!!
