Brock, like you I have been sort of stuck and the new WW Points Plus program really helped me get focused again.  I bought the ten dollar food calculator and go to the meetings.  I really appreciate the emphasis on good foods high in protein and fiber,  with high carb, high fat foods being lots more points.  Go for it!

And what do you mean "kids".  Is there more than one?

I went back to WW at about 6 weeks post-op and an now a LIFETIME member in good standing, about 6 pounds below my goal weight.

I love my meetings -- the accountability of the weigh-in's and the support keeps me focused (so much so that I get up to attend a 7:30am meeting on Saturday mornings).

At first, I could not eat all of my points ---- but as I got smaller, my points allowance got smaller and now I maintain on a balanced diet within their guidelines.

WW allows more flexibility in food selection that I allow myself, so I tweak it to fit.
I don't eat cake/candy/cookies/baked goods -- because for me, "one it one too many, one more is never enough"

Now that I don't have to pay WW anymore, I spend that 40.00 a month buying myself a Pandora charm for my 'maintenance bracelet' --- it is an anchor to my success and I wear it often to remind myself of my accomplishment -- and to dream of filling it up with charms from my many months of maintenance to come!!!
