LOST 30 pounds pre opt and under 200 !!!

  I am so happy ...I stepped on the scale this morning . and it had a 1 in front .  Wow !!!    198 


Brief history.....Lap band in Jan 07     315 ...lost 115 in about 3 years   and gained 30 pounds . In April I then decided to get the VSG after some lapband issues  but I had to pay out of pocket. So I had to save up for it ....so in the mean time while I saved up for it i really tried to diet and excercise .....and as of this moring I have lost 31 pounds . I am so happy!!! I really only have 18 pounds left to get to my goal I set for myself 5 years ago. I really believe I can get there without surgery....just hope and pray I can keep it off.  

Awsome! You are doing great. That would be awsome to not need another surgery. Think of all the cute clothes you can buy with that money! Keep up the good work!
