Yet another Monday... What are YOU eating today??
early - coffee/water
Breakfast - 5oz strawberries, 5oz canteloupe
Lunch - small salad (2 cups romaine, croutons, shredded skim mozz, light ceasar dressing) and 4oz Jennie O Turkey Roast with 3 tbsp gravy
Snack - string cheese and turkey stick
Dinner - Barramundi and veggies (1/4 cup squash, 1/4 cup zuchhini sauteed in EVOO with sea salt and pepper)
GYM - 40 minutes cardio, 30 minutes arms/back/shoulders

If we lived closer, I'd give you a bunch of sugar snap peas from our garden.
Last night I sliced some raw sugar snap peas, lightly nuked some asparagus pieces, and put them in a salad with chopped scallions and lemon vinaigrette. Yummy!

B: GNC Amp chocolate protein shake, 6 ounces skim milk, 2 tbsp. PB2
S: hard boiled egg
L: 4 ounces tuna, 3 laughing cow cheese wedges, 4 grains first crackers
S: 15 almonds
D: Not sure yet, working at the hospital tonight, counting on what is in the cafe.

Breakfast: half cup of eggbeaters with a tablespoon of nf milk to soften my scrambled eggs
Lunch: Soup made with reduced sodium organic chicken broth, basil, cannelini beans and some grilled veggies from last night (have had a couple of stuck episodes the last couple of days so taking it easy today)
Dinner: grilled chicken thighs and veggies
