Protein shakes, Yay or Nay????

can i ask i live in the uk and was wondering is there any websites i can buy these protein shakes on as i am too tight on a morning i make my own smoothies too but was also wondering about the sf syrup you were talking about? i have purchased a diet protein meal supplement from the health shop which i drink after ive been to the gym is this the same? unsure as i know you get different products in the usa if you have any good websites i could purchase these things from id be very grateful
