2nd. fill in 2 yrs...
Well, i did it.. I got my 2nd. fill today. 1st. fill at 6 weeks (4/09) I had a total of 4cc's in my band..Today, he added .6 cc's. doesn't sound like much, or does it??? I don't feel any different. I guess we will see. Next appt. is on Nov. 26th.. I am only doing soup broth and protein shakes until Sunday. He said everything is okay.. Just remember to chew, chew, and chew some more.. Hoping to see the scale start to move Down. "Lucky"

I've had a fill take up to 10 days to make it's presense known. Give it some time. I've had fills as small as .2cc's make a difference. When I had less fill, the changes were more subtle. Now that I have more, I feel the difference quicker.
November seems a LONG time to go before another fill. Don't be afraid to call and get an earlier appointment if you think you need to go in earlier.

I'm sure you will feel a difference in a few days, Lucky. It seems like my fills take about a week or 10 days to settle in...my PA says that doesn't make sense, but both times, that has been the case. My second fill (at almost 10 months out) was only .5 cc and it made a significant difference.
We have been travelling a lot over the last 3 months and I sense that my band is a bit looser and I am stalled with the WL, but not really paying a huge amount of attention to my diet. I can eat most anything, but am limited in how much (about a cup or so). I have an appointment with my doc in Washington the week of July 18, when we return from California.
We have been having a wonderful time with our 19 yr old granddaughter for the last 10 days or so, and today she flies home to Washington :(.

You'll be losing before you know it. I think my loss is too slow sometimes but then someone comments, like yesterday, my SIL said you look like you've lost a lot sense you were here in Feb...I've lost 15 lbs over 4 months. It isn't 2 lb per week, but it is progress!

Sounds good to me...lol I was like that too..But, I just stopped losing all together..It was my fault too, I wasn'****ching what I was eating and doing alsot of slider food..But, the doctor said 2 yrs is a log time without a fill..But I can tell already with a .6cc fill.. I can tell alreadt today it is kicking in...
