Hi had second fill 7.5ccs 4 days ago, was ok till ate a pice of steam chicken, stomach felt sour and vomited but could feel like tube gurgled, ate salad second day and cereal still a little
nause but no vomiting. Can this be slippage, no trouble swallowing or keeping food down?

What are your surgeons post fill instructions? Most surgeons have their patients on liquids/soft mushy food for 4 days post fill to prevent things that you just described, the thing is every time you get a fill you have to be very careful because stomach tissue swell and if you introduce solids it can cause obstruction, this is not band slippage, bands just don't slip that easy and you sure would know your band slipped, it would be ongoing and very painful with frothing at the mouth with constant reflux/vomiting.
Contrary to the previous poster's claims, most surgeons do not have their patients on soft/mushy foods for 4 days post fill. Some have them on those foods for 48 hours, others have different rules. My surgeon, who is a member of the lapband advisory committee ,follows the protocol of 1 meal liquid, one meal mushy, followed by a third meal regular food. However, getting to 7.55ccs in two fills is extremely agressive. The idea of having restriction so quickly is enticing, but can be dangerous. I never made it to 7.55 ccs and I never received more than 1 cc at a time. You may be too tight, but it's difficult to tell that at this point. Raw vegetables can be one of the toughest things to deal with. I would suggest that you back off, go on to mushies and liquids for 48 hours and then slowly try to work in regular food. And stay away from raw vegetables for a while and stick to cooked ones. If you still experience trouble, you are probably too tight and need to have a partial unfill. Also, often times, fills don't really kick in to 1 to 3 weeks later, so you could end up being even tighter in a couple of weeks.
Take care and good luck.
