What are we eating this THURSDAY?
Breakfast-Carnation Instant Breakfast(NSA) and 1 slice refuced fat colby jack cheese
Lunch-Chicken salad(4 oz canned chicken breast, 1 teaspoon mayo and a drizzle of pickle juice....can't have raw veggies until 6 weeks out, unfortunately)
Snack-Cheese Stick
Dinner-Turkey burger patty(maybe 3 oz) with cheese slice
Snack-Strawberries with dollop of s/f cool whip IF I feel the need later on
