When at the lake and having company I dip almonds into non fat cottage cheese. LOL becomes a topic of conversation, and then they begin doing it to!!! Sharing is a *****!!
I like baby carrots (but chew VERY well), celery (strings bother some people), broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper strips, squash, zucchini.. anything like that.

i'll take a can of chick peas - rinse/drain....then roast with some cayene / salt / olive oil.
they are a great addition to salads / hummus / cottage cheese / soups.
Not sure how far out you are or how strict you are being..but I would try the Pretzel chips that you can buy in the grocery --- usually near the deli in our stores....Yummy! Just don't eat too many!
Best to stay away from a carb crunchies...
Stick with all those great veggies people mentioned....
Carrots, peppers, broccoli, celery sticks, etc.
Chew well, and take small bites, as always...
Good luck.
