NEED HELP GETTING BACK ON TRACK
I gained 25 lbs after losing over 100. I knew like you that I had to get back under control. I didn't have a child but college and a failed pregnancy left me eating everything in site. However, I've stopped eating carbs the way our fellows banders mentioned above and I lost 13 lbs in six days. It was better than the liquid diet because I was able to eat and was quite satisfied;however, I have been working out alot. I basically workout every day except for Sundays. I try to burn over 1000 calories a day with a combination of cardio and weight lifting. My body is transforming back to the way it was before I got off track so please know that you can melt your lbs away as well. Keep us posted with your progess. You can do it!!!!!

Thank you so much for your encouragement . I am trying to move forward and use this tool to get to the maintenance stage of my weight loss journey . I have a few time constraints that wont let me work out like I want to each day , but I am trying think of ways to get in some time during my lunch hour , There is a 24 hour fitness across the street from my office.
