KNOW you are as DUMB as you look......lol...DUMB AS@@ The band IS ADJUSTABLE...THIS IS WHY I GOT THE BAND TO UNFILL IT WHEN SICK AND REFILL IT WHEN I REALLY NEED IT...and if IT MEANS getting 800 FILLS to get me where I want to be complication FREE and the size where I want to be SO BE IT....

I've HAD 2 COMPLETE UNFILLS one for surgery and ONE when my band was too tight that ACCOUNTED for most of those unfills/refills...I USED MY BAND APPROPRIATELY AND RESPONSIBLY and now I am reaping the benefits of NO FILLS and  a great sweet spot at 6 years and being happy in size 10/12.....I don't see anymore fills in my near future...but if i do NEED ONE I CAN go get one...if I had the Sleeve at 6 years I would be sh*t out of luck....I honestly cannot wait to get another fill, but my band is snug right now and only allow me to eat a few bites of anything solid so no need for a fill...my restriction has been holding over a year now and I am very grateful for that....YOU WILL BE BLOCKED TODAY...I don't have time to arugue with stupid women over the internet....YOU NEED TO GROW UP...

Just want to point out that this is not an "article" but is a part of a doctor's website and is basically the doctor's opinion about a study.

The link won't take you to the page that is copied and pasted here, so here is the correct link, arturorodriguezmd.com/lap-band-slippage-causes-and-preventio n

Further, beware, this is just another one of Naomi's attempts to hold all gastric banding patients to blame for their complications.

I don't want to cause a ruckus, but will not allow her lies, misperceptions, misrepresentations and misinformation to be taken seriously by anyone who doesn't know her posting history or her multiple identities on this site.

I'm still waiting for you Naomi, to reply to my request for a link to support the lie you posted about me on your "considering a revision" thread...like I said, post the link or retract your statement.

Steph, I am glad you pointed this out.

I think most people realized it was just a Dr. shilling for his own practice.  Actually I thought it was almost humorous because he suggests that  you go with the band first.  Then you can go back to him and get more surgery which means more moola for him!!!

I find it quite interesting that she feels the need to condescend to anyone who dares question her motives, but doesn't hesitate to spout bull*hit and lies in order to deflect attention from her innacuracies.

It sucks that newbies will see what she is posting and take it as fact...

Hey Steeler...I am sorry, but when someone lies about what I said, I feel the need to set the record straight.  When someone posts an "article" that is just part of a doctor's website and is opinion, without posting the link, the record needs to be set straight.  She is infamous for her inaccurate, biased, inflammatory posts and if we don't step up and call her out, who will?

I suggest you skip reading anything that I post, just so you are spared my 2 year old antics.
