Breakfast: Oatmeal w/almond milk
Lunch: Low sodium chicken wrap with side salad of cucumber & tomato
Dinner: I'm thinking chicken & salsa maybe a side of beans :)

Snack: turkey pep & cheese ...

Water trying to up my water because my band is hating the Vegas heat right now.

Breakfast: Protein Shake made with 1 cup skim milk, 3/4 scoop protein powder, and 2 tbs pb2 (I love PB2 and first heard about it here...thank you!)

Lunch: 4 oz turkey tenderloin w/ 1 oz bean salad

Snack: String Cheese

Dinner: 3 oz of Salmon Feta Wheel from Whole Foods w/ sauteed onions, spinach, and bell peppers (1-2 oz)

Workout: 40 minutes cardio (walking today) and 30 minutes of lifting (legs and back today)

I am working on getting in my water now, I just really feel as though i don't always get enough in (I usually drink aroud 50-70oz a day) but i feel as though it should be more.

Breakfast   egg sandwich on low sodium multi grain muffin

Lunch   chicken breast with melted baby swiss cheese and a tablespoon of ragu sauce

Dinner   cheeseburger on the grill and baked french fries

Snack  before class tonight grapes  and raw veggies with a little bit of ranch dressing


Exercise

already did 60 min of Zumba this morning

60 min of advanced Zumba with 2 pound weights tonight at 6 pm

L:  3 ounces turkey, 2 laughing cow light cheese wedges, 4 grains first crackers

S:  hopefully -- 6 ounce Fage plain yogurt, 1/4 cup raspberries, splash of SF Davince White chocolate Syrup

D:  No idea yet.  Probably whatever fish or chicken they are in the hospital cafeteria because I work the second job from 6-12 tonight.

snack: snack bag of Snyder's whole wheat pretzels ( donated blood and had to eat before i could leave)
lunch: 2 slices american cheese, 2 slices deli turkey, bit of low fat mayo, 2 dill pickle chips, low-carb wheat wrap, 1/4 c. mixed cocoa and cinnamon almonds, 6 cucumber "chips" made w/ salt, pepper & a spoonful of plain Chobani

B: 3/4c Hi-Lo Protein Cereal (Vanilla Almond flavor), 3T Fiber Sprinkles, 1/2c unsweetened almond milk

S: 1/2c Sensato Flax Hot Cereal (Blueberries n Cream), 1/2c unsweetened almond milk

L:
Leftover 2.5oz Blackened Mahi-Mahi, 2T mashed avocado, 2T shredded cheddar jack, 2T salsa, 2T 0% plain greek yogurt

S: Small banana cut lengthwise with 2T Better'n'Peanut Butter on top, 1T Fiber Sprinkles and a drizzle of SF Honey

D: 3oz Slow-Cooker Greek Chicken, 1/4c garlic couscous, 1/2c Green Beans

Had my 2 week post op followup today!!! =) First time I've been since surgery. AND I get to start normal "soft" foods and start trial and error process. I will have my first adjustment July 18th.


Breakfast-Carnation Instant Breakfast made with skim milk(didn't wanna eat before weight in lol)


Lunch-The turkey and cheese out of a "Lunchable". (After the doctor I ran errands and NEEDED food before my drive home, I was in Target and this is all I could think of that was an individual serving so I wouldn't be wasting things.)


Dinner is going to be a Turkey burger with cheese....I just hope it's good. Never had one but I've been craving a burger so we shall see!!


Snack-strawberries and sugar free coolwhip



And my find of the day......MARGARITA Crystal Lite!!! Actually I have the Target brand but either way. It's absolutely DELISH!!! I was so excited to find it. Also got the strawberry daquiri flavor but haven't tried it yet.

Lunch:  3/4 cup lentil soup

Mid afternoon:  atkins chocolate shake

Dinner:  maybe some soup or another shake

Had a fill yesterday and have to be on liquids for 2 days.  



Treadmill for 45 minutes
Mowed my lawn.

AM Snack - 1 lt babybel cheese wheel

Lunch - meatball w/ sauce

PM Snack - baked eggplant

Dinner - ribs on the bbq, salad with balsamic vinagrette


No gym today.  Ran around the mall for 1-1/2 hours shopping
