2nd fill now up to 7.5 ccs was at 7 ccs it that the average?
Everyone is different on how much fill they need for appetite dimming. And different size bands need different amounts too.
I have somewhere between 5.5 & 6.5 in my 10cc band, I've lost exact count of the amount. There's 3 levels of fluid.. too much, not enough, and just right. Hopefully the 7.5 will be just right for you for a while.
Your surgeon or the nurse should've given you instructions on how to eat after the fill. Some docs do put their patients on clear then full, etc. Mine does not. YOU SHOULD CALL YOUR DOCTOR to get instructions on what is right for YOU.
Rice isn't a good idea for bandsters.. it can swell and get stuck.

there really is no 'normal' fill amount -==== what is right for you is not right for me.
There are 3 levels to be concerned with ----- too much, too little or just right
As far as your eating protocol, what does your doctor say?
I have soup the night after my fill - and go back to regular food (carefully) the next day.
