Day #2 of my NO SWEETS TO SODA POP detox
You can definitley do it. I've been soda pop free for almost 2 years and it doesn't even bother me. Granted on the rare occasion when I have a mixed drink...I may have some to mix in but that is rare and in very small quanitities. Heck, I've even been known to bring diet cranberry juice to parties to have my own mixer. I usually get strange looks but I feel so good knowing that I'm sitll being responsible. Hang in there!!!! Remember, coffee is not a no no and it gives you a better kick with a couple of packets of sugar substitute.
