I am so exhausted.  I would normally go get a soda pep..only to crash again in 4 hours.

YOU CAN DO THIS!!!   Just don't be dumb like me and every once in  a while sneak sugar in only to start over!   I forgot to tell you that sugar free hawaiian punch really helps!!!

You can definitley do it. I've been soda pop free for almost 2 years and it doesn't even bother me. Granted on the rare occasion when I have a mixed drink...I may have some to mix in but that is rare and in very small quanitities. Heck, I've even been known to bring diet cranberry juice to parties to have my own mixer. I usually get strange looks but I feel so good knowing that I'm sitll being responsible. Hang in there!!!! Remember, coffee is not a no no and it gives you a better kick with a couple of packets of sugar substitute.

Thanks.  But I am trying to quit ALL Liquid Calories.  Coffee, etc., included.  My only allowance is water...at least for the next month until my family's Xmas in July.

i like the sf kool-aid too.......sometimes i get the packets(the ones you add sugar too) but i add truvia ...luv it ..........
