4 Weeks post op and back to work tomorrow

It is hard to believe it has been 4 weeks since my surgery. I am down 25 lbs and besides the occasional shoulder pain I feel great. I moved over to solids yesterday and that went well. I have found so far my band doesn't like mornings so I work around it.
Back to work tomorrow! I have enjoyed the down time:) It is going to be a challenge geting to the gym after working on my feet all day (I am a postal worker). My plans are to go on the way home from work because if I get home I will never go back:(

One day at a time. are you in St Pete? I am in Clearwater and looking at gym options. if it's too far I'll never go, I hope to get banded by December, I only have to do 3 mo with FEPBLUE but I figure after my 1st official visit- july 11- the gym and diet begins. I opted for Dr Aguila as hes 5 min from my job in Tampa and feel my visits etc be closer. Good luck and hang in there!! walk -walk -they say

Yes I work and live in St Pete. Good for you for having your first visit in July. So far it is the best decision I have made:)
