Great Weekend
We just got back in from camping and boating this weekend and was looking at my food that I had eaten this weekend compared to last summer of eating what I wanted.
I have to be honest I dont measure anymore , I'm to the point when I get full I stop now and pretty much know how much I can eat now which is what I have wanted to learn for a long time.
Saturday night we had porterhouse steak, which was totally delish lol, a very nice salad with tons of stuff in it , and corn on the cob.
I had about 4 oz of steak , half of a ear of a small size corn on the cob and about 45 min before dinner had a very nice salad.
I was telling hubby if this meal had been served to me last summer I would have ate the whole 16 oz steak, three or four ears of corn and probably two bowls of salad.
And the best part is I came home and lost a 1/2 pound I cant change my ticker on here till Friday since that is my official weigh in day but it gives me a good reason to eat well this week since I have already lost a 1/2 pound :o)
I just need to lose a pound a half and I will be out of the 290's :o)
What is even more better. I get left over steak for a couple of days of some more good eating :o) Guess what Im having for dinner tonight lol.
