You might want to reconsider skipping breakfast.  It's supposed to kick our metabolism into gear by eating within an hour or two of getting up.  Doesn't have to be much.. 1/4 to 1/2 cup of greek yogurt with some fruit would do it.  Your choice as always of course.  :)

I know 90% of the time I do eat breakfast.  This morning I overslept so had to get to curves so I wouldnt miss my Zumba class and then had to go to the store after that

When I got home I wasnt hungry and it was a hr  or so till lunch .

I did miss my Egg/ cheese sandwich this morning lol its a phase Im going through with these sandwiches for some reason lol.

My calories are all messed up now from not eating breakfast they are way to low thank goodness I dont execise tonight

Gosh even when I do eat breakfast I cant eat within a hr or two of getting up.   I have to be up at least three hrs or more to even think about breakfast .  It's always been that way with me.  . I was never a breakfast eater before the band so eating breakfast has taken getting use to lol

Pre-op, I was never a breakfast eater either, if I tried to eat too soon after waking, I'd feel sick.

But I think not stuffing myself in the evenings has changed that for me.  My Mom & sister & daughter who were always thin, would wake up hungry and needed to eat fairly soon after getting up.   My dd even passed out one morning from low blood sugar.. scared me to death.

I get up and drink coffee while taking vitamins and then about 90 minutes later I can start thinking about feeding myself something..  and while I don't "feel" hungry, I can eat and not feel sick.

Busy mornings I do a muscle milk light RTD  or a Dr. Kracker Cheddar/Pumpkin seed cracker with laughing cow.. those are both easy to consume and the Dr. K will give you a little bit of carb along with protein for your workouts.

I like eggs/cheese too.  Bread I can take or leave at this point.  Not that it causes stuckage.. I'm just not crazy about it anymore.  :)  If I do bread, I like Ezekiel bread.

I was never a big bread eater unless it was with a sandwich now Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits I can sit down and make a meal out of them lol

I get that healthy life bread that is only 16 carbs for 2 slices which is the lowest I have found so far for my sandwiches at the camper but usually I just eat one slice because I cant eat a full sandwich no more , but hubby is there to save the day lol nothing gets wasted .

My parents love that Ezekiel bread !!! That is all they eat now when they eat bread also . I tried it last yr at mom and dad's and didn't care to much for it .

Low blood sugar can be just as scary as  high blood sugar.   I get that to especially if I do alot of things mainly exercise .  I keep some reg candy in my purse just incase it happens while I'm out.

I have more problems with the low blood sugar at the camper then I do at home though. At the camper we are boating, fishing or playing ********* and I get so wrapped up in them things I dont eat unless I'm reminded and my blood sugar drops up there .  I need to move up to my camper for the summer its alot easier to lose weight up there then it is at  home lol.

Bkfst: 1/2 cup taco soup, 1 Dr Kracker with laughing cow

postworkout: nothing.. my bad

Lunch: 4oz baked salmon, 1/2 cup sauteed spinach with mushrooms, onions & garlic

ETA:  pm snack:  Petite Treat Soy Milk Pudding ( free sample from www.farmtt.com)  (tastes pretty good, 90 cal, 8 carbs, 7 sugars, 3 protein.. stats are for the original flavor.  Two other flavors they sent have more cal & 12 sugars.  I'll try them on a day when I'm more active than today).

D:  more salmon, microwaved cauliflower.

bedtime: 1/2 kind bar

I've got a huge Kholrabi in my garden.. any ideas on what to do with it?

Exercise:

Yoga 76 cal, HR 95
Step 323 cal, HR 159
Bootcamp 286 cal, HR 181 (whoa!)  calorie burn was probably more during Bootcamp as I noticed a few times my HR monitor had my HR at 00.. and I know I wasn't dead!  LOL

What, pray tell, is a Kholrabi?  I've never heard of it.  I have 2 baby plum tomatoes that are just forming and I'm very excited about them, plus my itsy bitty, tiny weenie bell pepper.
One day at a time, and one meal at a time, and I WILL reach my goal!
