It was one of those gym days where I dragged myself out of bed, dragged myself up onto the elliptical and just moved until my body felt like it was joining me. LOL  By the time I got through the first 15 minutes I was fine, but hell it was tough getting there today.

B:  GNC Amp Protein chocolate shake, 6 ounces skim milk, 2 tbsp PB2

No morning snack

L:  3 ounces deli turkey, 3 wedges of light laughing cow cheese, 4 grains first crackers -  didn't get through the cheese and crackers part of it, no surprise there!

S:  HOPEFULLY  if I am hungry I will have Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup of blackberries, 1/4 cup raspberries and a splash of DaVinci sugar free white chocolate syrup.

D:  Chicken breast on the grill, zucchini grilled.

Lunch-Tomato Soup with 2 crumbled crackers and cheese(not the healthiest BUT it's better than not eating)

Water

Dinner-Pinto beans, couple bites of mashed potatoes

Dessert-sugar free white chocolate/cheesecake pudding with frozen strawberries sweetened with stevia and a dollop of sugar free cool whip(it's my mom's bday-mushies friendly cheesecake =)
