Good for you! I suggest you use light mayo with the chicken and tuna salad. What about some lowfat cold cut like turkey or chicken breast rolled up with some lowfat cheese? I like fully cooked flavored chicken sausage- they are by the hotdogs. You may not want to have them if your really watching your fat, I think they have 12 grams. I have discovered starkist frozen fi****'s kind of new. Comes in a variety of flavors. Very low carb and low fat. Sodium might be an issue, I am not sure how much they contain. 2 come in a package- I eat them both. You just pop them in the microwave for 8 minutes. I assume you have access to one since you were doing the frozen meals. Hope this helps a little. I think making extra of whatever you have for dinner is a great idea. You can pack it right up for the next day once your done eating. Good luck!
