can't feel full

Hi

Drinking very cold water usually help tighten my band it helps me eat less.

 If you are only 3 weeks out..your MAIN FOCUS should be HEALING, 24 pounds in 3 weeks is EXCELLENT and a bonu. You need to dedicate 6 weeks for healing and your MAIN focus should be allowing your band and port to heal, if those things are not healed properly...your life with the band may not be that great...so again, you should not be worrying about being full at this point your band is not working yet you don't have restriction, if you are hungry you may want to eat many tiny meals, like adding protein drinks, jello, purred tuna, purred egg salad, mushy refried beans/salsa/cheese, or make sure you are getting all your liquids in, sometimes when you are dehydrated it may appear that you are hungry. Kristi's response is perfect!  It is so early in your journey and 24 lbs lost is great!  Celebrate your success so far and don't be so hard on yourself.  If you are hungry between meals, have a little snack that is 100 cal or less, and at least 10 gr protein and 5-7 grams whole grain carbs and that will tide you over.  Staying hydrated is important too.
