What are we eating this SUNDAY?

No SoyRocks Bar!  They sent me small Promax cookies and cream bars.  They were little, 70 cals a piece and 5 gms of protein.  They were actually quite good and not scary for me like other protein bars with over 200 calories.  I saw them in the grocery store recently but they were the bigger bar, a little too scary for me now. LOL

I have to say I have been trying some of those protein samples they sent me.  I don't know if it's just because I'm used to it, but, the GNC Metabolic 60 beats ALL of them hands down!  I guess I know now why people complain about all the protein drinks.  I guess I was able to get mine right at the beginning!!

 I'll be honest and maybe that'll make me stay accountable... I've only had 2 fills, I can eat way too much, and lately I've been giving in to that temptation.

early: 2 hot chais with Splenda and skim milk

breakfast- 3/4 c vanilla Chobani w/ 1/2 c Kashi GoLean

snack (stuck at church working on a project until 1:30 and kept passing by the coffee hour leftovers)- 3 slices of banana bread.  3!

lunch- 1/2 . of chicken lettuce wrap filling (chicken, carrots, celery, cabbage) and like 1 cup of brown rice all mixed together

snack- 1 slice of chocolate covered banana 

dinner- DH wanted to go to TGI Fridays so I had the hibachi steak skewers app, which is like 3 oz. of steak, 3 triangles of pita bread, 1/2 c of coleslaw, and some yogurt dipping sauce
