Hey everyone!!!  Hope you are anjoying your weekend.  I sure am!  Went to an amazing party at the beach yesterday and had SO much fun.  Today?  I will be having "Sunday Funday" with my best girlfriends in Pacific Beach until tonight.  Outdoor dance club on the beach with stellar DJ's.  Always a great time and I never want days like that to end!. 

Early: Protein shake - 1 scoop BSN Lean Desserts (Whipped Vanilla Cream), 2T PB2, 2T Raspberry SF Syrup, 1/2c Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

B: Took my Daddy to breakfast for Father's Day - 2 scrambled eggs with cheese & 2 slices turkey bacon

S: 1/2c Plain 0% Greek Yogurt, 1T French Vanilla SF Syrup, 1T Stawberry SF Syrup,
2 fresh sliced strawberries

L: 4 Meatless Meatballs on a bed of 1/2c Ricotta Cheese topped with 1/4c Low-Carb Tomato-Basil Pasta Sauce

S: Atkins Daybreak Bar - Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp (will be out and about)

D: Not sure but probably the insides of 2 grilled fish tacos

Dessert: 3 Skinny Girl Margaritas throughout the afternoon and evening :)

Three more days of pureed/soft foods:)


Breakfast: 2 cups coffee with FF half and half, chocolate protein shake

Lunch: 3 oz broiled red snapper, 1/2 cup mashed cauliflower with 1/4 cheese sauce

Snack: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, fresh vegetable juice

Dinner: 1/2 cup pureed chili, 1T sour cream, 2oz Colby cheese

Snack: 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1/4 chobani plain yogurt, 1/4 mil**** blended YUMMY!!

Great choices for purees, girl!  And don't you just love myfitnesspal?  That is one SOLID website.  Do you track it from your smartphone app or use the website directly?

Thank you!! Yes, I love that web site. I swear I have told all my friends and family about it:) LOL
I enter all my daily food in the morning from my laptop. I find it keeps me on track if I already have everything logged in. I go back to work this Thursday (I have been on sick leave for a month) and I wanted to be on a routine before I go back. I also have the nutritional guidelines my Dr. gave me taped to my laptop. I do pull the app up on my IPhone if I need to refer to anything.

early:  coffee with f/f half/half & splash of s/f choc. torani, & splash of s/f pnut butter DaVinci.. yum, tasted like a liquid reeses...

B:  1/2 cup fage 0% yogurt, 3 large strawberries &  1/8 cup Kashi-go-lean

L:  haven't had it yet.. but there's steak & brisket & ham in the fridge.. I'll have 2 or 3 oz of one of those & some kinda veggie (DH just ate all the tossed salad.. bugger!). 100 cal bag of popchips...or I may save that for snack.. we'll see.

pm snack: string cheese if needed/desired.  small gala apple or more strawberries if needed/desired.

D:  Same as lunch probably.   Or maybe I'll get off my keister & make some taco soup.

bedtime: 1/2 snack size supreme protein bar.

B:  Helix chocolate protein (one of the samples netrition.com sent me), 6 ounces skim milk, 2 tbsp. PB2

L:  Went to a chinese buffet.  I'd worry if I was ever hungry but wasn't hungry so no worries. Did the Mongolian barbeque where it's all fresh food.  5 shrimp, 3 pieces of that imitation crab stuff, 4 broccoli florets, water chestnuts and mushrooms.  Ate the 5 shrimp and 3 crab, protein first!!!, 2 of the broccoli and one mushroom.  UGH, then I was full. 

S:  15 tamarind almonds.

D:  Not sure yet, I think turkey burger with some kind of vegetable.

HAHA!  I do love my weekends...especially in the summer when there is so much to do in San Diego.  Can't resist functions at the beach!  Your lunch sounds bomb!  BTW, did netrition send you a sample of the SoyRocks Bar?  OMG it was dis-gus-ting!  I can't believe some people actually eat that ish! lol
