I haven't tried them.
It sounds like (from your other posts) that you are able to eat carbs in moderate amounts and not have bad cravings from them --- I would just go for a few bites of the 'real thing' if I were you and save the money for clothes!!!! LOL
Personally, pancakes are a food that I just don't do any more -- even this type would set me up to have 1 pancake today, 5 tomorrow and 100 in the next month --- best for me to just find something else to eat.
You seem to be doing great in moderating your portions -- so, enjoy!!

Thanks Lisa for that link :o) I will go over and there scout around. Hubby and son want pancakes this weekend at the camper . My hubby is so fussy if he thinks its healthy he will turn his nose up lol. I buy healthy bread now that has less carbs in it my son dont mind it but hubby he is a different story lol.
HI Kath,
I can when its not that time of the month . Carbs is just something I never crave if I eat something carby. The only time it gives me really bad problems is that time of the month and then I can get really bad like I did last week with Kettle Corn !!
Usually I can keep Doritos, Ice Cream, chocolate, and donuts and I just dont eat them but when it comes that time of the month I have to get it out of my house for a week or do some major will power and self control that week because I will eat nothing but Carbs I did that last week for a couple of days :o(
I think I will take your advice and go spend money on clothes :o) I have been waiting and waiting to get into a size 22/24 pair of jeans and I still cant get into them . I can wear everything other kind of pants in 22/24 but jeans. My 26 pair of jeans oh goodness looks so bad on me they are so droopy my hubby wont let me wear them out no more that is how bad they look but I cant go down another size yet lol.
Anyways gosh I can get off topic so fast lol. Usually when something has alot of protein in it , it taste really weird . I found that out when I had to drink all them protein drinks blech lol.

Well, if that is the case...then use the low-carb bread to make french toast! I bet hubby wouldn't mind the bread when it's dipped in goodness and slathered with syrup!
Also, I have a recipe for Ricotta Pancakes which I made this morning and they were the bomb.com! If you want it, I added the recipe to the Daily Menu Thread that you and I do every day. Check it out! :)
