"DS Health Food": hilarious!

Actually, I think most DSers would find it funny, I do.  I couldn't eat it, I do have a sleeve too after all!  A (much!) smaller version without the bread, yup, that I would eat.

In all seriousness, though, if I don't absorb the fat, then it doesn't cause my body harm.  I just had my labs done on 6/8.  My total cholesterol is 86, my triglycerides & LDL are both 44 and my VLDL is 8.8 (with normal range ending at 36).  I'm not harming my body or making bad choices for my health when I average 100 - 150gms of fat/day.  If I eat in the 70 - 80gms of fat/day range, I start getting constipated.  You have to look at what's absorbed, not what's eaten . . . but, that was funny . . .

Oh that is funny!!

And I would eat that!!

But maybe that's why my cholesterol isn't as low as Lisey's

Mine is a whopping 91!!

I am SERIOUSLY disappoiinted with that sandwich---I did not see one ounce of BUTTER or MAYO!!!

And everyone knows the onion rings go on the SIDE, with ranch dip. (*grin*)

I must be over-eating---my cholesterol's 112. (Down from a pre-op 232, BTW.)
