1st Post op

I had my first post op appointment today. It was quick and easy. I have never been so happy to be on the scale. I have lost 7 lbs in 6 days since surgery. My incisions look good. I am only a little sore and have minor gas pains. Doc told me to go ahead and advance my diet and listen to my body. He wants me on a regular diet by my next appoitment in 4 weeks. That way he can judge on what to do in my first fill. I go back to work tonight for three 12 hour shifts at the hospital. Wish me luck!
