NEW - SURGERY TOMM 6-17

Hi All~

New to this forum and my surgery is tomm. 6-17 at 7:30 AM. 
Clearly my nerves are getting to me and I could use any words of support or any info. that you think would be helpful POST -OP tomm.

Thank so much!

I was so nervous about my surgery, but came through with flying colors.  Walk, walk, walk, and sip, sip sip, your water.  We are moving over on the losers bench and saving a place for you!  Keep us posted.

Good luck tomorrow!!  I am two weeks out and I just recommend walking as soon as and as much as you can.  Do not overdo it when you get home!!!!  Sip your fluids and celebrate the beginning of your journey.  Just a warning that I came home weighing more from the hospital due to the IV fluids for 24 hours.  Let us know how it goes.

Well I made it through...not even 24 hours post-op yet though. Hard to sleep for me the port site is the most sore. The gas is there but not the worst...thanks so much for the message! I will be in touch when I am up and about more!
