These really helped me to not gain any of my weight back.

1. Step on the scale EVERY morning.
Don't step on it to see if you are losing. Step on it to make sure you are not gaining.

2. Never drink anything with calories in it. The only thing I drank that had calories in it was/is Carnation  sugar free hazelnut coffee creamer.

3. On those days where I felt like putting on the feed bag, I would take a Dexatrim early in the mornings. It's better to open up the capsule and split it in half. Don't take the whole thing because your body can get used to the stuff too fast and don't take it everyday for the same reason.
