unfilled again without ever being filled

I went to have a fill today i had a big unfill over month ago i went to place i normally dont go which was very expensive doc removed fluid instead of added say " i think your tight"  no dilation of esophagus no slippage. i have gained 35 lbs since being unfilled i have no restriction none at all

Has anyone ever lost more weight after being unfilled.
please help inspire or encourage

I'm not quite sure WHY the doctor took more fluid out that is something you both discussed?

I gained 20 pounds from Thanksgiving to New Years when I lost my father it was a decent amount of weight quickly but I was consuming all the wrongs foods.... Mostly Cheetos to be exact!! I have lost 1/2 of that weight so far working on the next 10

I'm not sure if your turning to sliders my suggestion is start tracking again I use myfitnesspal and back to basics even if you feel that you can eat a little more make sure they are good options... Good Luck hopefully you can get that needed fill soon...
