Welcome back! We are all here to support you. Getting back on this board is a good first step. Remember it's calories in/calories out. If you take in less calories than you burn, you will loose weight. That being said, I swear by a lowcarb/low fat/ high protien diet. When I was loosing I usually had a protien shake for breakfast (too tight for solids). I stuck with a lean protien (chicken breast, fish, pork loin) and a non-starchy veggie for lunch and dinner. I included 1-2 planned, healthy snacks. Uusually 1/4c nuts and 2 low fat cheese sticks. You can do it! Keep us posted.
Welcome back! It doesn't take much to get back on track...just bring it back to the basics, literally. You lost weight in the beginning for a reason, right? :)
