Oh, Mondays....LOL

Early:  BSN Lean Desserts Protein (Whipped Vanilla Creme), 1 pump SF Raspberry Syrup, 1 pump SF White Chocolate Syrup, 3/4c Silk Pure Almond Milk, 2T Fiber Sprinkles, ice

B:  2 Egglands Best scrambled eggs, I slice of Meunster Cheese, few drops of SF hot wing sauce, 1 Veggie Sausage Patty (maple flavor)

S: N/A (big breakfast)

L:
Roll-ups: 2 slices Extra Lean Turkey Bacon, 2 slices Peppered Turkey, 1/2 of an avocado (mashed and divided between 2 roll-ups), 4oz thinly sliced cucumber, 2 slices of thinly sliced tomato, 2T Balsamic Dressing for dipping, 1/2c LF Cottage Cheese with salt/pepper

S:
4 Strawberries & Babybel Cheese Wheel with 10 White Cheddar Soy Crisps

D: 4 Meatless Meatballs on top of 1/2c LF Ricotta Cheese, topped with 1/4c Low-Carb Tomato-Basil Pasta Sauce & 1T Parmesan Cheese, small LF Caesar Salad (no crouts)


Dessert: 3/4c Protein Ice Cream (Mint with SF chocolate chips), drizzle of SF Chocolate Syrup, dollop of whipped cream

Lisa,  If I was a ice cream eater I would steal some of your recipes lol.  I eat Ice Cream maybe once a yr if that .    I bought some Sugar Free Banana Split Ice cream 4 months ago had 1 cup of it and havent had none since then.  I finally threw the whole container away minus that one cup lol.   I was just never a ice cream eater .  Now my hubby he is a different story lol.


Breakfast    Sausage, Egg, and cheese muffin

Lunch not very hungry today so just had 3 slices of tomato with cottage cheese over it

Dinner.   Hmm not sure .  I have Zumba at 6 and kiddo needs new cleats for football so either I will forgo Walmart tonight and fix a cheeseburger patty with the works and green beans .   If I go to Wally world which I'm thinking is going to happen *sigh*  I will just stop and get me a big chef salad somewhere tonight .  Or come home and fix the cheeseburger I will need some protein after my workout .I will be hungry lol

Snacks  Peanuts

I am so proud of your consistency with working out girl!!!! :)  BTW - what is Wally World?  It sounds like an amusement park but the closest to you is probably Hershey, right?

You know I was never a exercise person to be honest. I could never find a exercise that I enjoyed till I found Zumba.   .  I want to get into shape and become a Zumba instructor since I love it so much that is my goal for next summer :o) 

No Wally world is Walmart its what my hubby calls them lmao.  We are about 4 hrs away from Kings Island and about 4 hrs away from Cedar Point and I think we are about 4 hrs from Hersey . I have never been there but my son has .

LMAO why do men have to nickname everything  Mine calls it "The Wall."  Hilarious.  And I think your goal is do-able.  Shoot you do that class so often you could probable already teach it girl!

Early:       Coffee with fiber sprinkles and lite creamer
Breakfast:  BSN Lean Protein Choc. Fudge shake, with PB2, and coconut mik...yum!
Lunch:      leftover skewered chicken with veggies, cabbage with carrots and cauliflower
             and 2 slices of cucumber
Snack:      Activia yogurt and turkey pepperoni with melted cheese and black olives
Dinner:     Grilled hamburger at ballpark with veggies (and 1/2 bun)
Snack:      probably a BSN Lean Protein shake after being at the hot ballpark

I love me some Groupons girl!  Have you signed up for Living Social yet?  It's pretty much the same thing but I have found them to offer more coupons for things to do, not just places to eat - so it's great for the summertime when my son is out. :)

No, I hadn't, but I just did!!!  Thanks!  We used 2 groupons tonight.  I love saving money, and with 4 kids it makes going out possible.  And I would love to have more options instead of just eating!
