Ahhhhh...glorious restriction is on its way!  LOL  Makes it so much easier though.  Let me know how it goes. :)

Extremely sunny and hot here.  Mid 90's this week, upper 90s to 101 last week.  Heat has done a number on my walking, but not my Zumba.  Gonna have to make myself walk before 6:30 a.m.  Just gotta do it instead of talking about it.

Early:       Coffee with clear tastless fiber sprinkles and creamer
Breakfast:  egg with cheese, turkey sausage, 1 biscuit with polaner all fruit
Lunch:      1/2 cup cottage cheese, strawberries and blueberries, 1/8 cup walnuts
Dinner:     skewered chicken with veggies (if I haven't stupidly let it spoil in fridge)
             cabbage and carrots, 1 spoon mashed potatoes.
Snack:      Activia and a babybell

WOW...my love is going on a golf trip in Green Valley with his Dad for Father's Day next weekend!  I'll have to warn him to pack accordingly. ;)

I'm thinking about making another Netrition order soon.. and wondering about the BSN Lean Desserts.. if you were going to try one, which one would you start with?

Maybe I should go to the BSN website and see if they offer samples...   off I go....

Depends on what you prefer in general (I think they are only about $17 or $19 each).  The Chocolate Fudge Pudding is rich and delicious as well as the Whipped Vanilla Cream...the latter is more versatile if you plan to add SF syrups, fruit, PB2, etc., and you can always add SF chocolate syrup to it too!

Breakfast  none wasnt hungry

Lunch   was out on the boat so had 1/2 of a ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cheese with some mayo

Dinner  grilled chicken thigh

Snacks on the boat today about a cup of popcorn and a handful of peanuts.

Not much food today . Just not hungry to eat today for some reason .
