Good post. I have found that people deprive themselves (including me) way to much it backfires and a person can eventually have a binge meal, day, week.....But, everyone has to find their own percentage that works for them. It doesn't hurt to error on the side of being a bit more strict though because people with obesity typically under estimate on the wrong things and over estimate on the right things..(portion size, calories ect.) Perfection is something we can't do or we could walk on water (not ice!) K
