Whoa, my latest fill

 I had been fairly loose, and had a 0.4cc fill on wed.  My last fill was Jan.  I now have 4.2cc in my 10cc band.  anyhow,,,

WOW what a difference 0.4cc can make.  I had forgotten what it was like to truly be able to eat only 1/2-3/4 c. at a time and not get hungry.  

And I'm down 4lbs since wed.

THIS is why I had lapband...the ability to get a fill and start over...priceless!

Yep -- my last adjustment was .25cc and it made a huge difference.

A little tweak can really set us back to basics!!!!
