My NSV too

I pulled on a pair of 14 capris that had been both washed and dried in the dryer I havent worn in about three years today...with ease. I thought my 3 ml walk with the dog was easy yesterday. My body seems to be repairing slowly but its coming!

Im not quite ready to check out of the world yet, so you may be stuck with me a while longer if this keeps up!

That is awesome!! What a great feeling that must be! I was a 26 and with pre surgery weight and the last week of liquids I am in a 24 I have a whole box of 18 and 20's that I hope to slide on effortlessly by the end of summer or before yeah I'll take before!
